My training is in Transformational Coaching - a powerful style that aims to go deeper. So rather than just focusing purely on goals, transformational coaching helps you to explore your underlying assumptions.

I’ll help you to ditch any unhelpful expectations and beliefs, so you can move forward with more clarity. Those magical ‘a-ha!” moments - the ones that really help You Do You.

Once we’ve got that figured out, it’s about taking small steps. We’ll work out what feels right for you – all the time keeping it realistic and focused.

How does it work?

We’ll start with a complimentary intro session. It gives us both a chance to get to know each other, and see if it’s a good fit. We’ll chat more about where you’re at, focusing on what is challenging you, holding you back, or what you want to change. It might be something aspirational, or maybe you’re just feeling a bit ‘stuck’.

Then if you’re ready to move forward, we’ll schedule regular Zoom calls to help you work through that. We’ll use a series of reflections, exercises, resources and techniques, depending on what you’re looking to explore.
